TypeRocket Pro Refund Policy
Do you need a refund for your TypeRocket Pro purchase? We will be happy to help but please read over the policy below before you proceed.
We want you to be satisfied with your license of TypeRocket Pro. We offer a 30-day refund on your original purchase of a TypeRocket Pro license. Refunds are only considered for original purchases of TypeRocket Pro licenses.
Please send us a refund request within the 30 days after your original license purchase. We will then deactivate and terminate your license upon our approval of your refund request. This also terminates any recurring or auto-renewals of your TypeRocket Pro license. Please keep in mind we cannot reactivate, restart or renew any terminated or canceled license.
When you purchase a license of TypeRocket Pro you agree to the Terms and Conditions, including our Refund Policy. After 30 days have elapsed from the date of a transaction for the software license, you as the buyer agree you have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the software and it lets us know as the seller that it is all good with your license purchase of TypeRocket Pro.
All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Robojuice, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for customers who have previously purchased and obtained refunds for a TypeRocket Pro license.
